YOWZAA REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and paid services offered by Yowzaa Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 51 684 858 348) (“Yowzaa”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing or subscribing to any Yowzaa service, you (“User”) agree to the terms set out in this Policy.

1. GENERAL POLICY OVERVIEW
Yowzaa operates a subscription-based software platform. All subscription fees provide access to the Yowzaa AI Platform, its features, and its integrations for the duration of the billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable except as set out in this Policy or as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. FREE TRIALS
If we offer a free trial:
  • no charges apply during the trial period
  • you may cancel at any time before the trial ends
  • once the trial converts into a paid subscription, normal billing rules apply
We do not provide refunds for charges incurred after a trial period ends unless legally required.

3. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
For month-to-month plans:
  • fees are charged upfront for the upcoming billing cycle
  • cancelling your subscription stops future billing
  • your access continues until the end of your current paid period
  • no partial refunds are provided for unused time
     
4. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
Annual plans offer reduced rates and are billed in full upfront.
Because discounts are applied, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, including:
  • change of mind
  • unused time
  • lack of usage
  • business changes
     
Users may cancel at any time to prevent renewal, but no prorated refunds will be issued unless required by law.

5. REFUNDS FOR BILLING ERRORS
We will issue a refund if:
  • you were mistakenly charged
  • a duplicate payment occurred
  • a technical billing issue originated on our end
Requests must be made within 14 days of the incorrect charge.

6. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Yowzaa strives for reliability, but temporary outages or maintenance do not qualify for refunds.
This includes:
  • downtime due to third-party providers
  • integration disruptions
  • network outages
  • force majeure events
     
7. NOTIFICATIONS & RENEWALS
Yowzaa subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We may issue courtesy reminders, but:
  • you are responsible for managing cancellations
  • failure to cancel on time does not qualify for a refund
     
Cancelling after renewal does not provide a refund for the renewed period.

8. TERMINATION BY YOWZAA
If Yowzaa terminates your account due to:
  • breach of Terms & Conditions
  • fraudulent activity
  • misuse of the Platform
  • violation of laws
     
No refunds will be provided.
If Yowzaa terminates your access for reasons unrelated to misconduct, we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund.

9. COMPLIANCE WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any rights Users may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Users may be entitled to:
  • repair
  • replacement
  • refund
     
Where a major failure occurs with the software that cannot be remedied within a reasonable time.

However, ACL does not cover:
  • change of mind
  • misunderstanding of features
  • lack of usage
     
10. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund or lodge a billing inquiry, contact:

Include:
  • your name
  • business name
  • account email
  • invoice number
  • reason for the request
     
We aim to respond within 3 business days.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time.
Updates take effect when posted on the Yowzaa website or Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
