At Yowzaa, customer satisfaction is a priority. Due to the nature of our digital services and software access, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription or license has been activated. However, we are happy to review cases of technical faults or service disruptions.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Service not delivered due to a system error

  • Billing errors caused by Yowzaa
